At Digital Bookstore, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you bought the wrong book by mistake or changed your mind, we are happy to help you exchange it.
What Can Be Exchanged
You are eligible for an exchange if:
- You purchased the wrong book by mistake
- The eBook you received is different from what was described on the product page
- You would like to switch to another title of equal or lesser value
- Your request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, send an email to contact@doully.io with the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The title you purchased
- The title you would like to exchange it for
- A brief reason for the exchange request
We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
Exchange Conditions
Please note the following conditions:
- Exchanges are only available within 7 days of purchase
- The replacement title must be of equal or lesser value to the original purchase
- If the new title is of higher value, you will be asked to pay the difference
- Each order is eligible for one exchange only
- Free or promotional items are not eligible for exchange
Processing Time
Once your exchange request is approved, your new eBook download link will be sent to your email within 24 hours.
